From 1976 to the present

Our history begins in 1976

TGT is a small business manufacturing centrifugal fans with welded impellers for a few local customers.

Mr Minelli joins the company in 1980

Mr Manuele Minelli joins the company as an operating partner, taking over the entire business in 1986. Over the next three years, the company grows at a constant pace as a result of major production and structural changes. The company establishes itself on the national market and acquires leading customers in a variety of product sectors.

Changes since 1994

In 1994 the headquarters and production base move to new premises. In 1995 the first welding robot is installed, followed by 2 more in 1996 and 1997. In 1999 the company began replacing its obsolete machinery with new models, ensuring all its machines are kept up-to-date and renewed over time.

New millennium

In mid-2001 a new local unit is opened. A laser cutter with automated loading and unloading store is installed in this unit in early 2003. Since then all components are laser cut, and the quality of the production process and the finished product leave no doubt as to the effectiveness of this investment. In November 2007 the administrative headquarters and part of the workshop move to the new premises built adjacent to the local unit.

Continuity and new generations

For almost 20 years the new generation has been working side by side with the owner and TGT continues to invest in cutting-edge technology to improve its production process, workplace safety, company management and logistics.

People

A proper relationship with and involvement of human resources creates a solid, reliable foundation. The work carried out with perseverance and passion over the years has created the results we see today - a united team of old and new generations.
